As you therefore have received Christ Jesus the Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving. – Colossians 2:6-7
No matter our age, learning more about Jesus and growing in our discipleship is the foundation of our lives of faith. Each Sunday morning there are classes for the children, youth and adults.
Children and Youth:
Early Elementary (K – 3rd Grade)
Older Elementary (4th – 6th)
Middle School (7th – 8th)
High School (9th – 12th)
Three Adult Classes to choose from:
Parenting Class – A class that is concerned with the well being and the spiritual health of the children of the community. Class discussions often touch on the concerns that can have an effect on future generations along with Godly responses to these worries. It is a place that emphasizes spiritual growth and understanding God’s plan for our lives. Discussions are often lively and passionate.
Lake Cove Class – A class with a focus to apply biblical messages to contemporary life experiences. This is done through in-depth Bible studies to help gain a fuller understanding of these biblical messages, and to help enrich the life of the Christian disciple. Class methods often include video presentations by prominent theologians followed by lively and thought-provoking discussions led by a class facilitator.
